Why Can't We Rent Movies With Audio Description From ITunes

I think it's retarded that ITunes will let me rent the non-descripted version of Finding Nemo for $2.99 but it wants me to buy the version with audio description for $19.99! Picsar and Apple should do some rethinking...

Supply and demand. We live in a sighted world, and how many of them really want audio description? How often have we not had to pay more for ease of access?

post 2 has pretty much told you the way it is. audio description does not come as standard because there isn't really much of a demand for it.

Unfortunately this is true. I'd love to see more DVD's with a separate track with the audio descriptions in the same manner as the director commentary tracks you see on a lot of movies. But as has already been stated supply and demand.

Plus, you can probably find the scripts on the web.
